01 Record
The 8-microphone far-field array captures speakers across the room. Seamless Meeting Mode can keep the device ready for an authorized meeting and begin capture when the meeting starts.
02 Capture visuals
The camera captures whiteboards, projected slides, charts and documents alongside the discussion. When a whiteboard is clear and aligned, TransAI Note can capture it automatically and place it on the meeting timeline.
03 Transcribe
On-device transcription turns the conversation into speaker-labeled text. Enrolled voiceprints can improve speaker recognition, while organizational knowledge helps recognize project names, acronyms and industry terms.
04 Summarize
TransAI Note organizes the discussion, captured visuals, decisions, owners and next steps into a reviewable summary. Multi-Meeting Memory Intelligence can connect follow-ups and unresolved work across meetings.
