1. Power On the Charging Case

Open the charging case and press and hold the function button for about 7 seconds. The screen will light up, indicating the earbuds are ready.

2. Take Out the Earbuds

Lift the earbuds from the case. The LED indicators will blink, entering pairing mode.

3. Pair with Your Phone

Enable Bluetooth on your phone. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and select “TransAI Genie GO1” to connect.

4. Download the App and Activate Your Annual Plan

Scan the QR code to download our companion App. Follow the instructions to add the earbuds and activate your 1-year AI Translation Plan with all premium features.

5. Enable Translation and Start Using

• Call Transcripts: Capture and store full conversations as text for reviewing, searching, or sharing later.

Step-by-Step Guide to Live Phone Call Translation

Step 1: Start a Call

Tap the Call button in the App. Enter a phone number manually or select a contact, then tap the phone icon to initiate the call.

Step 2: Enable AI Call Translation

Turn on AI Call Translation. Select your language and your contact’s language for real-time translation.

Step 3: Adjust Settings

Mute the original voice if you prefer to hear only translations, or choose your prefered translator voice for both ends of the call.

Step 4: Place the Call

Choose your caller ID and tap Call Now. During the call: you’ll hear the other person in your language, they’ll hear you in theirs. Use Text-to-Speech to type messages if needed.

Step 5: Review Call Summary

After the call ends, an AI-generated summary is created automatically for quick review.

Step 6: View Transcripts

Go to the Call tab → Transcripts → Select the call to view the full conversation, summary, notes, and share options.

How to Use Video Call Translation

Translate real-time video or voice calls across apps like WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, and Telegram — no downloads needed for the other person. It’s fast, accurate, and feels just like a normal conversation.

Step 1. Open Call Page

Tap the camera icon on the “Call” page. Choose “WhatsApp Call Translation” or “WeChat Call Translation.”

Step 2. Enable Video Call Translation

Select your preferred language and your contact’s language. The app will instantly prepare for real-time translation.

Step 3. Start the Call

Choose Video Call or Voice Call, then share the invitation link through your messaging app. The recipient doesn’t need a device or to download anything — once they click the link, live translation begins automatically.
